FACILITIES

All products are designed and manufactured using modern CAD/CNC machines.

Raw sheets of zintec mild steel are procured, cut, punched and bent utilising our 3 metre guillotine, CNC precision punch and CNC press-brake.

Welding is carried out by a team of highly skilled MIG and TIG welders with all welds ground flush and smoothed to a superior standard.

In house painting of metalwork components of any RAL colour to either a gloss or textured finish ensuring a consistent paint quality, thickness and finish is achieved. Powder is applied using an electrostatic powder coating unit operated within a water wash spray booth, all metal powder coated components are baked in a hot-air recirculation oven unit.

Assembly is also carried out in house, with plastic fabricators, qualified electricians and plumbers achieving the desired pre-wired and pre-plumbed products, ready for site delivery and installation.

Delivery and installation is carried out using our own fleet of vehicles and highly skilled installation engineers.

Commissioning and maintenance is also undertaken by our own skilled engineers.
